Stay-at-home orders have been introduced for Greater Sydney including the local government areas of Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown and Liverpool.

As a financial institution, we provide this critical service to support our customers to send money to their overseas family. Our Cabramatta, Canley Heights and Bankstown branches remain open for walk-in customers as normal.

While we are open, we urge our customers from the above areas to follow the stay-at-home orders and send money online or contact us via phone, email and chat.

In addition to our active COVID-19 safe plan, we have proactively contracted Aeromist who have applied the Zoono surface sanitiser. This specialised surface sanitiser will give protection to our customers and staff for high-touch surfaces for up to 30 days against COVID-19. Queensland will go into lockdown from Sunday 1st August to Tuesday 3rd August.

We understand that this service is critical, especially during COVID-19. Our Sunnybank Hills, Toombul and Taigum branches will be open for walk-in customers as normal – masks must be worn. Our Brisbane branch will be closed.
