The receiver must be an individual with following details: 

  • Full name
  • Residential address
  • Mobile number

PROCESS TO RECEIVE MONEY: 

  1. The receiver will receive an SMS containing a PIN Code, which must be presented at the payout center. 
  1. A valid photo ID (e.g., government-issued ID, driving license, passport) is also required, and the name must match exactly
  1. Based on the selected payout bank, the receiver can collect funds at the following branches:

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME: The receiver’s ewallet account will receive the funds within one hour once the transaction is processed.

RECEIVER INFORMATION: 

The receiver must be an individual with following details: 

  • Full name
  • Residential address
  • Ewallet ID: This is the mobile number registered with the receiver’s bKash account.

IMPORTANT

  • E‑wallet services provided by bKash - to receive funds, the receiver must have an active personal bKash account, with the mobile number serving as their account number 
  • For successful receipt, the receiver’s current bKash balance plus the amount you send must not exceed 450,000 BDT. 
  • Ensure the provided mobile number and ewallet account details are correct - mistakes may delay processing or cause fund rejection.
