Weekly draw to take place over 8 weeks from 02/12/2024 to 26/01/2025.

Transactions can be submitted from 00:00 a.m. Monday until 11:59 p.m. Sunday AEDT and will be drawn on Tuesday of the following week at 12 p.m. For example, for week 1 transactions can be submitted from Monday 02/12/2024 at 00:00 a.m. until Sunday 08/12/2024 at 11:59 p.m. and will be drawn on the following Tuesday 10/12/2024 at 12 p.m

By clicking the “ENTER” button after you submit an online transaction on our Foreign Exchange page at hhmt.com.au/foreign-exchange or the Hai Ha Money Transfer mobile app, you will be entering the weekly draw held by Eastern & Allied Pty Ltd trading as Hai Ha Money Transfer (ABN 31130744802).

Customers who conduct and complete an online foreign currency exchange transaction can enter the draw. Only valid online transactions can enter the draw and each valid online transaction is one entry. A transaction is valid when has been paid for by the customer and approved by us. Individuals under 18 cannot enter the promotion. 

The draw will take place at Eastern & Allied Pty Ltd's head office located at 56 John St Cabramatta NSW 2166. 

By phone and email, be contacted on the draw day to organise either to collect or dispatch the prize.

Total prize amount: AU$8,529

If we are unable to reach the winner and the winner does not contact us to collect the prize within the following 14 days, we will redraw it on the fourteenth day after the draw date at 12 p.m. 

For example, the week 4 winner will be drawn and published on Tuesday, 31 December 2024. If we are unable to reach the winner and the winner does not contact us to collect the prize within the following 14 days, we will redraw at 12 p.m. AEDT on 14 January 2025 (the fourteenth day after the draw date).

The redraw will take place at Eastern & Allied Pty Ltd's head office located at 56 John St Cabramatta NSW 2166. 

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

• Where prizes are no longer available for us to purchase, we will replace them with a similar, equivalent prize. 
• Collecting the prize: if you are based in any state except the Australian Capital Territory or Tasmania, you will be required to collect the prize from one of our nominated Eastern & Allied Pty Ltd branches.
• Delivery of the prize: if you are based in the Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania, the prize will be delivered to you and you will need to take a photo of yourself with the prize and send it to us. 
• Winners need to be contactable or contact Hai Ha Money Transfer within 14 days of the draw and need to collect the prize within 7 days after being contacted. 
• Publishing the winner: by entering the draw, you agree to let us use your last name, first name, postcode, and photos taken when receiving the prize to appear on all our media channels.

This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia and all states.

As a condition of participating in this promotion, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in NSW having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than the participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this promotion). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
