PROCESS TO RECEIVE MONEY: 

• Once the transaction is processed, the sender will receive an SMS with the Wing 8-digit pick-up code from us. 
• The receiver will get an SMS from Wing confirming the amount, and  then visit any Wing location to present the Wing SMS along with the 8-digit code from the sender. 
• The pick-up code is valid for 30 days.

• Once the transaction is processed, the receiver will receive an SMS with the Ly Hour 9-digit pick-up code.
• The receiver can go to any Ly Hour locations and show the Ly Hour SMS to pick-up funds.
• The pick-up code is valid for 14 days. If the code expires, the receiver needs to renew it by calling Ly Hour at +855 8760 1111, +855 9560 1111, or +855 8876 01111.
