TRANSACTION LIMIT:

  • Maximum amount per transaction: 1,000,000 NPR
  • Minimum amount per transaction: 20 AUD (or local equivalent)

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME: 

The delivery time varies depending on the receiver’s bank.

  • In general, the receiver’s bank account will receive funds within an hour once the transaction is processed.
  • However, for the banks listed below, it may take 1 to 2 business days for the funds to be credited:

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

The receiver’s wallet account will receive the funds within an hour once the transaction is processed. 

RECEIVER INFORMATION: 

The receiver must be an individual with following details:

  • Full name
  • Residential address
  • Ewallet ID - This is the mobile number registered with the above E-wallet service provider. 

IMPORTANT:  

  • Please confirm with the receiver whether the receiver’s Ewallet account is verified or unverified to determine the applicable transaction limits.
  • To ensure successful transactions, please provide us with the correct account details. Incorrect information may lead to processing delays.

TRANSACTION LIMIT:

  • Maximum amount per transaction: 300,000 NPR
  • Maximum amount per month: 1,000,000 NPR
  • Minimum amount per transaction: 20 AUD (or local equivalent)

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME: 

Funds are typically available for collection within 1 hour once the transaction is processed

RECEIVER INFORMATION: 

The receiver must be an individual with following details:

  • Full name
  • Residential address
  • Mobile number

PROCESS TO RECEIVE MONEY: 

  • Once the transaction is processed, both sender and receiver will receive an SMS containing the pick-up code.
  • The receiver must present a valid ID that matches the name on the transaction and provide the pick-up code at the collection point.

IMPORTANT: 

  • Please double-check all details, especially the mobile number and full name.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may result in collection delays or rejection.
  • Pick-up must be made at the selected location; pickups at other locations are not available.
  • The pick-up code is valid for 30 days, if the code is not used within this period, the transaction will be automatically cancelled.
